ExpoConnect provides an online marketplace connecting vendors with Canadian exhibitions, trade shows, and business events. We facilitate the application process but do not guarantee booth availability or event outcomes.
Submitting a vendor application does not guarantee approval or booth allocation. All applications are subject to review by the platform administrators and event organizers. Approved applications require payment within 7 business days to secure the booth.
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes. Payment is required upon application approval. Cancellation and refund policies vary by event and are determined by the event organizer. ExpoConnect acts as a facilitator and does not issue refunds directly.
ExpoConnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
